CENTRAL is integrated with Eventbrite system and all events are automatically synced to CENTRAL.

Guidelines for program owner on using Eventbrite

Eventbrite Admins

MaGIC Tech team is the master account manager. We do not add admin to Eventbrite system one ad-hoc request as all admins have to go through training in order to create an event that adheres to our guidelines and data standards so that the data can auto sync back to Central correctly.

It's various Team Leader's responsibility to train their team members on using Eventbrite system. Team Leaders also must keep the admin list updated, removing old MaGICians and add in new ones.
