# F7 Form

### **Export submissions**

You had created a form, publish and open for application. Now you like to know the latest total submissions count and also download to excel.

1. Login to `Backend`
2. Click `Services` -> `F7` -> `Intake`
3. Find the related intake by name
4. Click `view`
5. You are at the form now, all submissions are listed at bottom of the page. Click `Export All` button to download in Excel friendly format.
